How To Issue a Refund

In contrast to standard online payment systems (such as credit card charges or PayPal), cryptocurrency payments are designed to be irreversible. The merchant has the last say over refunds and determines which transactions can be turned back.

There are currently three types of refund interfaces in COINQVEST.

Refunds for Completed Checkouts
Refunds for Underpaid Checkouts
Refunds for Overpaid Blockchain Transactions
